Cancellation Policy – LAB Pilates Studio
To ensure fairness and to respect both our clients and instructors, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy:

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours, or non-attendance, will be charged in full.

This policy allows us to manage our timetable effectively and offer available spaces to clients on waiting lists. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Purchase Policy – LAB Pilates Studio
At LAB Pilates Studio, we aim to make the booking and payment process clear and straightforward for all clients. Please take note of the following purchase terms:

Payment: All classes, sessions, and packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Validity: Class packs and credits are valid for the specified duration only, as stated at the time of purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended.

Non-Transferable: Purchases are for the named client only and may not be shared or transferred.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on classes, sessions, or packages once purchased, except where required by law.
Promotions: Any special offers, discounts, or introductory packages are subject to availability and may carry their own terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions – LAB Pilates Studio
These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms which apply:

A. To the provision of services (“Services”) by LAB Pilates Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”).
B. Where the client is a “Consumer” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
By registering with us, booking, or attending any class or session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
“Consumer” means an individual client who uses Services for personal purposes wholly or mainly outside the purposes of any business.
“Services” means all Pilates sessions, classes, workshops, and related services we provide.
“Session” means any group class, private lesson, or package booking at LAB Pilates Studio.
“Premises” means the LAB Pilates Studio premises where sessions take place.
“Price List” means our published list of current fees and packages, available online or at the studio.
2. Registration & Eligibility
Clients must complete registration via our booking system before attending any session.
You must be aged 16 or over to attend. We may request proof of age.
By registering, you confirm that you are a Consumer and not purchasing for business purposes.
3. Booking & Cancellation of Sessions
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon payment.
Sessions must be booked in advance through our booking platform or at the studio.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or reschedule without charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will be charged in full.
Exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, bereavement) may be considered at our discretion.
If we cancel a session, you will be offered a replacement session, credit, or refund.
Late arrival: if you arrive after the warm-up has begun, you may not be admitted for safety reasons, and the session will be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Purchase Policy, Fees & Payments
All sessions, memberships, and packages must be paid for in advance.
Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
Class packs and credits are valid only for the period stated at the time of purchase. Expired sessions are forfeited.
We reserve the right to change prices; however, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not be altered for that booking.
5. Health, Fitness & Safety
By booking, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant health conditions.
If you have any medical concerns, you should consult your GP before attending.
Our instructors are qualified to guide Pilates practice but do not provide medical advice.
Participation is at your own risk. While we take all reasonable care, LAB Pilates Studio accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage, except where caused by negligence.
Clients must wear appropriate clothing and Pilates grip socks for safety and hygiene.
Clients must follow all health & safety instructions given by instructors.
6. Studio Rules & Conduct
Clients must arrive on time. Late entry may be refused.
Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises.
Respectful behaviour is required towards instructors, staff, and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove clients for inappropriate conduct.
7. Changes by the Studio
We may make changes to class times, instructors, or equipment as necessary.
We may cancel a session due to instructor illness, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control. Credits or refunds will be offered in such cases.
8. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or public health restrictions.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the studio.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights under consumer law.
10. Privacy
We will handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Complaints
We welcome feedback. If you have a complaint, please raise it with the instructor or contact us by email.
12. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Returns & Refunds Policy – LAB Pilates Studio
​All purchases made at LAB Pilates Studio are considered final. Please note the following:

Classes & Packages: All single sessions, class packs, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.

Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or unattended, are non-refundable.

Retail Items: Any merchandise purchased in-studio (e.g. socks, equipment) may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
